why only 6.6m debt payments? What do you expect them to do with the rest of the 13-15m cash generated throughout the year? even if you want to be conservative and take a few mill out for working cap, and lower EBITDA, you'd have to think at least 10m. Unless you think they will use it for more acquisitions?
