One thing to watch out for in coming years is a lot of predatory action as projects get developed and the big boys start looking at them with love in their eyes...it will be up to us shareholders, I suspect, to pressure directors to do the right thing and stick with the program rather than sell and pay for their retirements.

Not saying, on this thread that it is an issue with BLR, they do appear to be hard chargers with interests that converge with shareholders...but there are some out there that I'm more wary to hold...
