    The fact that few retail investors are buying into T3 is probably a good indicator that TLS is near the bottom and on the way up (retail investors always seem to be getting in near the top and getting out near the bottom).

    I think that the instalments will list at a greater premium than the 10c discount offered to retail investors and that is due to 2 things:
    1. the 10c discount
    2. the fact that it gives you leverage into TLS stock (like any listed options - these have 18 months of premium to be considered).

    Just my 2c worth.
