How much longer do we have to put up with this shame of a board. The AGM is still a long time away and a lot of damage can be done in the mean time. Apart from (I assume) still drawing a salary any directions given could cause a lot of grief. All we need is a handful of shareholder signatures and a letter requesting an EGM and it will take all the waiting and wondering away. Surely if we don't do it Todd will although they may not be able to raise enough signatures. That could be the reason why they haven't done it already. My understanding is that the numbers are heads counted and not how many shares a person has.
A person without shares can attend a meeting but cannot speak to the meeting so how will Kennedy get to chair the meeting or any other meeting for that matter.
AO you seem to have a fair grip on procedure etc so what are your thoughts on the subject.
