I understand - however I am looking at it this way - Wayne corrected that problem and communicated that to us all
the old board not a chance/maybe?
So if wayne is happy to air that and say its now being resolved then that is a major point to air as that is our core business
To then tell us not material on a court case, then I believe him.
Airs all the dirty laundry at the review including material points on CC defect rate that even a basic statistics student could pick up then tells me not to worry about court case settlement ....... then I am like thanks wayne I wont worry about that if you say so.... continue on with taking the company forward!
