Im not blaming anyone for the failure rate, 60/70/80% whatever.
It is obviously significant. The new boss has outlined it as one of the major issues. If it wasn't there would have been no mention.

Im arguing that it should have been known before.
Everyone thought it was great when they were adding new rooms and bumping up production.

What we didn't know is they were producing so many duds they had to produce more. It didn't mean more revenue , it meant more cost.

Some people would have bought on increasing production news thinking it was good. But it was bad.

This has been a sore point, it is a major reason for the size of their losses over the last year or two. And indirectly the cause of the amount of dilution.
