You're thinking they might be using the court case as a scapegoat/excuse for their inability to deliver due to lack of progress? I doubt it as the case does not appear to be related to the Roam-e, so not sure how they could go down that path...plus kind of an extreme way to go about things just to break the news.

IMO court case came up now and not in March because since the last CR they currently have some cash in the bank and those ROAM systems shareholders are gunning for it.
