Strategic or incompetence? I will take it as a positive that a newsletter wasn't released today. As I mentioned earlier why rehash old news, The only thing that is going to satisfy shareholders is news of a deal. By not releasing the newsletter today may indicate they are holding off pending a deal to be announced.
If they release it next week without announcing a deal then it is incompetence. Who are they going to blame for the delay, apart from themselves.
