So you work for the government Good Oil. What makes you think a potential funder is not an oil major? The government only wants the project to be completed and producing money. if it thought FAR was incapable, do you not think it would have stepped in by now and told FAR to piss off. The fact that they have told FAR to resolve with COP is a good sign as any hint of FAR just not being able to fulfil it's end of the bargain would have lead the senegales government in telling FAR to stick to what it has.
