This is certainly another issue that has been on my mind. Not to mention why Chris Wood and John Schultz gave up their Performance Shares. Just doesn't seem logical to me at all. Why would anyone do that. I've heard some people state that they did this because they believed in the growth of the company.

If they believed so much in the growth, then why would you have Performance Shares set at such a low threshold and why would a company associated with the CEO sell all their shares. Something is not lining up correctly.

We should also congratulate the CEO as his current compensation is around $500K. How many startups do you know in Australia have that level of salary. Couple that with the $6M Performance Share addition and you start getting close to being one of the top 10 paid CEOs in Australia. Pretty good for a startup company CEO.

Does anyone know any other startup company who has a CEO with a $500K salary?
