XPE stated that "Seneca" Seneca Financial Services Pty Ltd have taken over as advisors and options been granted.

No mention is made of any specific personnel (Lows, Ballies etc) in this or the App.3B the following day.
The assumption appears to have been made that Seneca is Seneca Financial Solutions Pty Ltd ie, the Ballies/Low Melbourne firm. Has this been confirmed??
Given that they changed their name from
Seneca Financial Services Pty Ltd to Seneca-Financial-Solutions-Pty-Ltd in February 10 this year....are they really the party we have done the deal with as "Advisors"? ie, Do Baillie/Low still hold the original Pty Ltd company

Is it possible that we have covertly done a deal with a separate party entirely?

A total speculation but I reckon Seneca Group LLC maybe a better fit for XPE
..more suited to the security/political quandries we maybe dealing with at this point of evolution.
