2 He is so attracted by the cash offered to him for a certain period of time before the company goes down, not the performance bonuses, cause it would be too hard to get. And go back to Intel or go to some other company with XPE on his resume ask for more money

Cash offer ... please read it through the PS condition before you actually make these assumpsion. and by the way would it look good to you on resume if you are MD of sinking ship the minutes you join?

3 He thinks he is the one to achieve something in Xped or maybe Intel think so

I am no way near him ... but i do know most those guy with such experience all think they are big head but who care.
