Yes, enlarging of the testicles is the first symptom, following that they go all hard and turn a nice metallic brass colour.....As long as you keep em away from the missus you may just survive as she is bound to chop em off if she discovers the side effects of this disease and the true number of RRS you have accumulated....lol
