It is interesting to note that the Athena continues to be under long term contract to COP.
Even though it is moored up in the Canary's with no work.
Now that COP is confronted with getting its deal through,and under its E&PSC terms to Senegal Gov,must continue on set path & obligations already mapped during any dispute.
It would now be in its best interests to offer the Athena to the JV partners.
