I have held ROC since the 2004 rts issue, which depressed the price severely. It took over 6 months to get any life back into it. Should be different this time imo, but the size of the issue does dilute the bluesky, increase stock available for sale, and of course ROC mgmt don't appear so smart, needing to do such a large issue, so cheaply and so swiftly. The question remains why the panic now, which has certainly discouraged AIM holders.
ROC is one of my largest holdings, but sold enough to come out of the rts with same $ holding. Looking now like it would have been better to have waited and sold most of the rts instead.
