The expectation generated from Twitter feeds and posts made on HC about what Tom said, leading up to IBC, would have created the impression in a reasonable person that there was going to be an announcement or big news at IBC.
The twitter feed communications mention from TV2U themselves that at IBC such big news as:

They are running out of time to deliver it and reading IBC feeds there appears to be none at this stage.
Today is the last formal day of IBC and Tuesday is packup and p*ssoff home day for stall holders.
Some HC members who understand the art of the buy and sell side of the ASX charts mentioned that some buying occurred late last week, probably in anticipation of an announcement or big news at IBC.
I would assume some disappointment on their part if an announcement is not forthcoming and that formed the basis of their buy decision.
