Most of the points talk about not selling the shares hard enough, not engaging enough with the financial community to generate interest in the stock. Also selling to the wrong people ie selling to instos before the stock meets the insto risk requirements. They are addressing it now but really these things should have been done already. Now that the directors have upped their personal holdings we can hopefully feel more assured that they will treat these issues more urgently, as pointed out in the email.

Regarding point c. its basically said the stock market wasn't happy with the progress vs guidance. Blaming build up in inventory is well and good, but they still haven't presented the figures on what their actual inventory was at end of June. Plus inventory isn't an expense unless its been sold so not quite sure why he raised that.
