    Cheers @TheArchitect ,@LongPier , and Team,

We can look backward or forward ( CAT, CL1, Freelancer etc).

IAM sp is going to double every 3 months, from base 4c, just like Xero from $5,10,20,$40.

    IAM 4c, 8 ,16, 32c
    imo
    --------------------
    For Newcomers:

    Why?

    MOAT
    No Competitors
First mover advantage. 2-3 years ahead.
    $182B market
    High Barriers of entry
    Low Cost, High Margins.
Product/Service that reduce customers' cost, and increase profits

    -

    Cap structure:

    1050m shares +303m op (Dec2017)
    = 1353m sh+op
    4x 250m perf shares ( MF&Co)
    $5.5m cash
    Debt Free

    -

    The key is M4, $30m

    M4
    =$30m, x80, x100 PE
    = $2.4B, $3B ,

    well before June 2019 ,
    say Sept 2018
    and
CEO MUST achieve total >$40m, to earn last lot @250m shares, before 30/6/19

    Lets
    halve to
    =$1.2B, $1.5B,
    for Sep 2017

    halve again
    =$600m, $75om,
    Sep 2016

If you think its too high
    halve to
    =$300m, $380m
    =22c, 28c , today , imo

    Here is a little secret:

Among my mates and cousins, with little or lots of cash, our motto for last 9 months, after dyor , esp M1-M4, and research posted here:

"Buy as much as you can afford.
Keep as long as you can ",

before we email IAM details 10 small fund managers.
(like a "Private Road Show =).

Between the 10 fundies, they have $500m to 800m to invest

Even if we gets no Presso or News, Sept 30/9/16 quarterly will come out by 30Oct, in 7-8 weeks time.

Rerating will be Fast & Furious, because of buying pressure. imo

    Ps,

    1) With due respect to Day-traders:

Only 5% (1 in 20) of global DT will make money.
    Its a fact and stats.
(or 10%, 1/10 for Asx DT, because you guys are smarter =)

    Question for DT:
If there is one or two stocks with their future MC spelt out, would you hold for 2 days, 3 days, 2 weeks , 3 weeks,
or at least 2 month or 3 months.

I have a few other stocks ( low cap, with minimum dyor), that i hold with 'casino chips'. They can boom or bust, i don't care.
Its only less than 20% of portfolio. I post occassionaly.
For those invested with real hard-earned coins , on behalf of my fam and young clans, i do tons of 'dyor', before investing.
(The balance is held in cash.)

    2)Thanks again @baxtermail

(i appreciate your factual post, with your background as an accountant)

I have never felt so comfortable with an investment as I do with this company.

    • $5M cash and already profitable should mean no capital raising in the foreseeable future.
    • An RTO of an established business with known pricing and cost saving of 40% with some already known paying customers, not merely a concept/app/invention listed on the asx to raise funds in the hope of finding a market or making a business.
    • An RTO where the prior owner is not just listing to cash out, but rather has accepted a $700k loan to be paid in shares not cash and has confidently accepted performance milestones instead of cash/immediate equity.
    • A company that has a board of directors with outstanding credentials, contacts across the financial planning industry and who hold big equity positions.
    • A company that has more than one string in its bow with an array of outsourcing offerings for insurance, financial advice, and accounting as well as the integrated software offering of klip and Lilly.
    • A company that has huge international growth potential.
IAM is the real deal. I will be holding until all milestones are met.
