I think it will be a real shame for AZR to be taken over. Those who hold / bought into AZR believe in the company and the deposit hence buying into AZR! So why the hell would AZR holders want to be a part of MGX when MGX's forecasts / actuals come in lower than expected and lower than the previous year?

If people who bought into AZR wanted to be a part of MGX then I am sure they would have bought into MGX instead or as well as AZR!

Just my opinion!

I am sure they will gain control of AZR but I am also sure that prior to production at Koolan, MGX will be wipped out too!
