Could be a number of reasons for the offloading but would you do it in the next Apple or as stated by creator of the thread "The Truth" the hallmarks of a 1 in million company.

Then we have to add the three resignations Stefanac, Partington and Lisa Z also its claimed the secretary has moved to a First growth funds and Michael Clarke is he still with Xped ? more info please.

Next issue is in the earlier part of the year there was a need for Raya/Xped to steady the share price so we were offered bonus shares to hold to a certain date . They did not hold their promise and despite holding cancelled later.
Next issue is Wood and Shultz were offered performance shares and yep its happened again they have been handed over to Lekkas and others to reach a performance SP target unrelated to revenue . A SP we have already been on and held recently , with the meetings and rollouts this and next month it looks achievable blindfolded so at least for holders there appears to be at least some chance of early upside but we were there before whats the bonus shares for? They are showing they have a history of renegging on promises.
Conspiracy Theorist"s John and too much time on their hands , thank goodness there are people like that around. What do we mean.?
But my favourite is the tweet about shareholders should never be taken for granted or forgotten. What on earth made you post that John you could be wrapped over the knuckles for that comment in bold print.
Present both sides of opinion for people to judge for themselves not just the favourite posters who are presenting one side.
