As for what will change. He is a climate change denialist and has said he'd back down on the Paris Agreement - but the thing is the Republicans have already backed in quite a bit of stuff about renewable energy. US emissions are actually down as gas continues to displace coal.

Good article here on how his big mouth rhetoric may not automatically match actual negative impact as much as we might guess. Who knows though eh? The guy is utterly unpredictable.
