PLP ... you were right in what you wrote earlier. For a long period now, it has not gone up. It has sunk from the 3's then down to the low 2's and for a good time now has lingered around 1.2-1.4, days like today and yesterday with the two pip difference the exception to the rule. It had such early promise but now languishes so very feebly day after day.
