how should we understand in excess of 1M? It could mean that only when the expense exceed 1M, TV2 would get paid. So by end of this month, TV2 would not necessarily see money in? And if so was understood, TV2 would have to begin working without any payment from toomai? I do not think this stupidity would occur. Statement is too vague.
