With natural growth and UberX ramp-up in the Sydney market, and some revenue appearing in QLD and VIC from September 5th onwards I would envisage an estimate of 4800 for August and 5400 for September, thus a full Quarter estimate of 14,218 Net Rental Days Realised.

If you equate that into Rental Transaction Value (RTV)
- July 2016 was running at $35.86c a rental day

1). Therefore for Septembers full quarter estimate of 14,218 would equate to a RTV of $509,857
If you then equate the relationship of June Qtr 2016 between RTV and Gross Revenue to CL8 that works out to be every $1 in RTV gives CL8 0.46c in Gross Revenue.
- September 2016 RTV of $509,857 equals $234,534 Gross Revenue

2). Additional to this is the new renter registrations, $100 per new registration. This has been tracking between 800 and 1150 so add natural growth and UberX recent surge I would estimate 1100 (Sept Quarter 2015 was 851)  therefore additional $110,000
