Sorry - $30 million debt?? Where does that come from?

As I understand it, there is no debt. That leaves you with around a $6mill market cap, earnings of $1m, and a couple of million in the bank. Alternatively, a profitable business, with strong growth potential, and all the necessary steps to move into cash flow positive territory already done.

Have I got this wrong, or does everyone else think they have $30 million debt too?
