from my perusal of the quarterly report it appeared that phu bia was basically put on the backburner to focus more resources on phu kham development.
so it seems strange that pna would change strategy so soon. there shouldnt be any cash flow concerns to warrant such a change.
maybe higher phu bia production this quarter will appease some investors.
