Hi Jase - according to this 2015/2016 AR, Kevin Hammond was terminated on 31/12/2014; so this fell in the 2014/2015 AR:






And not only was the UK Subsidiary terminated, but so too was 'Field in Motion Pty Ltd' & 'Transdermal Sensory Sciences Pty Ltd'. So now we have a less-expensive entity to run - parented by 'OBJ Limited', with only 'BodyGuard Lifesciences Pty Ltd' & 'International Scientific Pty Ltd' sitting underneath:





'Note they are not even mentioned this year. I say good riddance.

And Smac, I wouldn't be too hasty to say 'good riddance' to GSK as they did get a mention:
