Munch - I went to a meeting in Melbourne held by the CEO Graham Melrose last year. I'd have to say that he is the absolute opposite to the Bond/Connell bunch.
He stood by the entrance and introduced himself to each person as they walked in. No megalo's at all.
But his product and his marketing skills are great.

My understanding is that nobody had the specific manufacturing equipment to make the product in large quantities, so it was far better economics for the company to build it and reap all the profits.
