I read something from a broker yesterday where their most likely scenario was that Orecorp would end up with 100% of Nyanzaga due to it being non-core for Acacia/Barrick.

What I don't fully understand is how much Acacia operates on its own and how much is just at Barrick's direction. I assume Barrick still pulls the strings.

Another interesting element form the broker report was that the valuation was higher with ORR staying at 25% rather than moving to 50% due to dilutionary effects and the fact that at 25% the capex share is basically covered.
