So Lion now is going to expose the awful truth that regular milk is not harmful are they? I will be really looking forward to that. What are they going to quote....out of date vested interests of the (gov't controlled) NZ food authority?
So what do you think the judge will do? leave it at that or call on the defense to present their case?
My bet will be on that evidence being a lot more substantive than Lions. Maybe the Judge will ask what information Lion has to prove that the a1 protein in the milk is NOT harmful.
Difference can mean many different things at many different levels.
