USD 32 is for ROM (at Port)coal and also clean coal as no processing PAMA will do it cheaper. Queensland losses and dilution figures do not apply to this coal. Neither do Indo mining for the likes of KPC or Adaro.
Try Tops 2cm losses and 1cm dilution. Bottoms 3 cm losses and 1 cm dilution. This coal is as hard as nails in seam and can be scraped clean with small excavator. A bit hard to believe, I know. Out of seam the coal is very friable/brittle.

Barging costs at Tuhup, Would that be MGM or Dumb Dumb BHP? I the past it was USD 12. USD 25 seems extreme but I would concede USD 20 from Cokal port.
Road Haul: I reckon PMA would o it for 9 cents/km and distance I think is 50 km.
Why don't you create a table with all that you mention and publish here as your best guess. Don't fall for BHP rubbish of over estimating everything. This is a real estimate not a BHP A covering exercise.
