sharemadder, i don't think another CR is in order. Even if it was it requires share holder approval as you can only dilute 25% P.A.
As for finance, it isn't dependent upon anything other than RAP resolution. It'll closely follow.
The KNL and Sojitz deal hinted at a bigger relationship. It only takes a second of looking into Sojitz to realise they don't buy raw materials from anyone they don't have a share in. I'm tipping them to buy an equity position in Epanko.
When finance is announced, and it will be upon RAP resolution. KNL will be the only graphite play with a pre-sold stage one to western buyers AND bank funding. I think they'll be fine in the long run.
