Unfortunately I am in your side of the court Taboon. Despite the clear spruker trying to inflate the price there is clear selling at this levels and there has been since Richard left.
One question to you corporate experts here. Can a company do a share consolidation then immediately issue shares at a massive discount e.g Phylogical does a one for ten consolidation to make it 200 mill again say at 12 c then does a 200 million Cr at say 8 cents. Is this legal or is there a 12 month rule. I don't know anything I am just asking.
