Just skimming some stock threads and saw ur convo.
There is a way for an individual to check.
Done b4 myself on other stocks wen wanted to c action, partic of T20 at the time.
If someone is a holder they can either org a time to go to the physical share registry office and view the current register (and make notes but have to usually sign a privacy waiver) or...
Most registries can send a copy to the SH for a fee...last I checked was a few hund $.
