Interesting watching John Howard tonight on Lateline, where he tacitly supported Pauline Hanson and said people had no right to ridicule her views and many Australian's voted for her party. He went on to say both Libs and Labor needed to be mindful of our immigration policy and not down to go down a path that conflicts with the Majority Australian view.

"Tacitly supported" Pauline Hanson? He explicitly stated that he's pro immigration and that it's against Australia's national interest to ban Muslim migration. His comments were in direct opposition to what Hanson said.
