Stark agree to hold off further action until the 15th, CMQ applying to the court to prevent Stark from enforcing their redemption notice until it is decided in court if they made the revenue target or not.

So who do you believe more... cmq management or the bondholders and auditors... seems to me the weight of evidence supports the bondholders.

If court do not grant the injunction we'll be seeing the end of cmq sooner rather than later.

If the injunction is granted, a hearing date will be set (any ideas how long these sorts of cases take to be listed, and any thoughts how long the case might run?)

If cmq manage to make it to the end of the year, it looks like they'll be reporting a fall in sales to $0 for the half year ended December 2006... they've not announced any sales since March.
