It's not up to Advisian or WOR to dictate to BRN whether or not to obey ASX rules. But obviously BRN and WOR did not think it was worthy of an ASX announcement.
ASX are just following up on a complaint by someone about BRN not announcing it to the market. Boo hoo he missed out on buying cheap shares at 11-11.5 and selling them at 12.5 to 14c when it was announced on the web.
I would think that if the ASX were really really serious and were really really upset about it they would have sent a letter to WOR as well taking them both to town. Looking at the WOR news they didn't. I think ASX were just following procedure from the complaint, nothing else.
