Average pricing for office space is about $750 per sqm (p.a.)...this is close to what my place of employment is paying for our office space on George St, and it can be easily verified through rental sites such as real commercial:

I obviously have no idea how big their office space is, however we have about 15 people and an office size of 250 sqm. If I was to hazard a guess, given their number of employees, I'd say they probably wouldn't need anything more than 300-350 sqm for their operations, if that...meaning their rent could very likely be somewhere between $200k-$280k per annum...all IMO of course.
