Adding to this I think why TRS is well placed, they don't face tech disruption and online competition as stuffed they sell for a few bucks no one buys them online as the delivery cost will be more than the value of the goods so they can save big on operations and having no online present.

their online stuff is mainly for advertising and provides information for their customers.
so someone wants to tackle TRS they got to open a physical store and won't be able to sell from a garage like electronics good.

TRS scale would enable them to beat or match anyone who tackles them, the longer TRS in business and has more store the harder it is for someone to tackle them.
It is not impossible but hard to beat.
