My problem is the historical lack of delivery on many big announcements:

Trials with the Marines (2013, 2014)
Exclusive licencing deal with Duro for Ascalon and the as good as in the bag deal for Boeing (2014)
The prospective deal with NASCAR (2013)
JV with iTextiles (2014). I asked Gavin at the AGM last year and got a strange look with the response "very, very important but can't comment"
Auto and transport covering 60% of US carmakers in final trial stages (2014)
Chem-bio protection (2014) for the US military. I asked Gavin at the last AGM and he told me to watch this space since something was imminent. Nothing.
Tenting (2015), yawn
Decorative fabrics (2015)
Upholstery (2014)
Field trials of DoD new uniform. Mentioned at the last AGM but barely and proper news.
US listing, they are waiting for the right time yet they complain about the lack of buying power on their only main market. Even an unspectacular change of listing would've supported the SP better than - 55% from a year ago.

These are just at the top of my head. As always, I hope I'm wrong and tomorrow there will be an announcement for each of them that first revenue of $100mm has been received. We keep hoping.
