That's a very good question but has a simple answer thankfully.
If a Company is in negotiations on a deal it is not going to disclose that information publicly to its competitors.
If and when the deal is finalised we will get an announcements from Karoon.
So often in the past Karoon has been the bridesmaid on such deals so hopefully with a staff of 40 in the Brazil office and the new lady director we may be the bride.
The share price does not reflect that such a deal is progressing to our advantage yet.
