Unless oil falls significantly from here, low 4's would be an absolute bargain basement price. Remember oil fell to lows around $26 and ORG's absolute low was $3.44 last January, 22nd. Oil is currently $43.58 from its top around $50; not exactly a massive fall seeing how far above the low we still are.
Of course we do not have information that the PTB banksters may have regarding the end to the wars in the ME...who knows perhaps they have planned that all warring will end in Syria for good, this month or next, when we can only guess.
Next stop may be around $4.67 and overall $4.42 at the very outer limit, unless we see a slump in the oil price back to January levels which is unlikely imo. This is an opportunity to buy if you have the patience and funds to do so.
