QAN share has been with a great volatility since it's drop from $4, there's just too much uncertainty involved and investors are having a hard time valuing the fair value of the share. In my opinion, and purely using the discounted cash flow method, I think the $4.5 per share would be about right, however, this value is based on forecast and the underlying assumptions may vary.
I bought 200K shares at $2.85 per share 2 months ago and sold them all @3.37 after ex dividend date, so I made about $120K within 2 months. You may ask why I would sell @3.4 given that I believe the SP should be around 4.5, the reason is that the market takes time to calculate the fair value and during which the share price will fluctuate, and right now it's just too volatile and most people would be happy with the profit and leave the market for a while.
I am looking closely at the price movement and waiting for an entry point after the market settles. I think 3.15 would be a starting point.
