CMQ had $15 mill. cash at end of March. They would have some building and other commitments.
They could need extra cash to bridge the gap between now and when they are earning comfortably.

Others have called a 24 hour trading halt while a PLACEMENT to Overseas destinations takes place.

As soon as the Organizing Broker has placed the shares, then the trading halt is lifted.

Although the shares dipped this morning, any placement could be positive as it shows CMQ's financial clout and certainty of having more cash. The issue price can also be a guide to the immediate share price thereafter.
