in specie distribution questions

With regards to KAL's latest announcement and asx / seats / trading rules.

"all shareholders who are registered as such on the Company’s share register as at 5.00pm on 20 November 2006 will be entitled to receive the in-specie distribution of Burey shares."

Can any one let me know the answers to the following questions.

a) If I am not a current shareholder what is the latest date and time I can buy inot KAL to participate

and

b) If I currently hold and want to dump, what is the earliest date and time I can sell KAL shares and still participate in the in speccie distribution
