first chart doesnt look back at Price breakout levels. It shows the momentum levels are in overbought ranges ..However due to the reduced volumes in the last retrace he RSI momentum oscilator is flat and suggesting more accumulation before another breakout attempt...next consideration is the triple top where the failed third break is met with decreased volumes on the retrace
