What's Minemark?
Are they a float management consultancy or something? Or are they a construction consultancy? Or a dirt doctor advisor?
I don't want anyone involved who hasn't been on the ground floor working in developing projects. Desk jockeys are boring and leeches who generally have all care but no responsibility.
There's no issue I can see with the development timeline. Let the DFS take as long as it needs to so it's a quality result.
