If this is the intention and it would be a sensible way to go given that at the moment most of the activity is centered around the USA, this means that an USA outlet selling shares and getting knowledge
in what the company is doing will certainly make the change to a USA company easier as it would be partially accepted as a quasi American company by the Americans
