Should I hold on to XTD ?

I have been holding XTD in my portfolio for a while and the recent weakness in share price and announcement re India has got me a bit concerned.
It could be helpful if others can point me where I am wrong and why I should be holding on to.

1. Trial in India: XTD has been trying to get a commercial opportunity in much higher per capita income countries with advance technology. (US and in HK/Malaysia (from my memory)). They have been trying this for several years and now has had to settle with India for a trial. It makes me think that it would be a long time before we hear regarding a large deal with substantial growth potential.
2. Negative operating cash flow, if not for R&D grant: According to latest Annual report, despite the ‘receipt from customers’ increasing 3x from 2015, ‘payment to suppliers’ increase by similar amount. If not for the gvt. R&D grants they would be negative operating cash in FY16.
3. Very little forward growth in Australia via screens.
4. Most of the directors are not from IT background: Reading the annual report, it seems most of them are from investment banking/financing back ground not from a technological side.
5. What is this Embark app? It is suppose to be game changing for company according most of the comments in the forum, but very little factual information. Sorry for the ignorance and can anyone please elaborate what this app would do? (I am not from a technological back ground)
