    I believe this references the 50 million pounds held in Escrow only. If that's the case then SGH have formed the view that NIHL is worthless. Don't get terribly excited about a multi-million dollar lawsuit about the Quindell aquisition overall. But if they get the money that's 50 million pounds in the kitty
